TURKISH PRESIDENT ERDOGAN REITERATES COMMITMENT TO SYRIA’S TERRITORIAL INTEGRITY

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has reaffirmed Türkiye’s commitment to preserving Syria’s territorial integrity.

In a meeting with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, Erdogan emphasized that Türkiye will take preventive measures to ensure national security against terrorist organizations.

Erdogan also stressed the importance of international cooperation in reviving and reconstructing institutions in Syria. He highlighted Türkiye’s role as the only NATO country to have fought Daesh/ISIS in direct combat.
