Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Ishaq Dar, briefed Chinese Ambassador Jiang Zaidong

According to the official statement released after the meeting, Dar informed the Chinese envoy about India’s unprovoked violation of Pakistan’s sovereignty and the grave situation that emerged as a result of the loss of innocent lives.

He also reaffirmed Pakistan’s unwavering commitment to safeguarding its sovereignty and territorial integrity.

During the meeting, both sides discussed the overall security situation in the region and agreed to maintain close coordination and communication across all relevant sectors.

It is noteworthy that earlier, China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs had termed India’s military action against Pakistan as “regrettable.”
