In 2024, the collaboration between TİKA and Muslim Hands Pakistan made a significant impact on the healthcare landscape in remote and underserved areas of Pakistan.

Through their joint effort, the Mobile Health Unit (MHU) Project reached 16,000 individuals, providing essential medical care to communities that often lack access to basic healthcare facilities.

The initiative, which spanned multiple regions across Pakistan, brought mobile healthcare directly to those in need. The MHU visited areas such as Wazirabad (6,177 beneficiaries), Muzaffarabad (2,245), Multan’s Layyah & Muzaffargarh (2,804), Rawalakot (1,566), Gujar Khan (1,768), and Sargodha (1,443).

These mobile units offered a range of services from general consultations and treatments to essential healthcare screenings.

This project exemplifies the power of collaboration between Türkiye and Pakistan, highlighting the positive impact that humanitarian partnerships can have on vulnerable communities.

It not only provided immediate medical relief but also strengthened the bonds between the two countries, ensuring that healthcare reaches the most isolated and underserved regions.

With thousands of lives touched and countless medical needs addressed, the TİKA and Muslim Hands Pakistan partnership has paved the way for continued support in the fight for healthcare access for all.
