The Pak-Turk Maarif International Schools & Colleges officially opened its flagship Model Town Campus in Multan today.
The inauguration ceremony witnessed the presence of distinguished guests, including Dr. Yusuf Tekin, Türkiye’s Minister of National Education Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, Turkish Ambassador İrfan Neziroğlu and Prof. Dr. Birol Akgün, President of the Turkish Maarif Foundation.
This $6 million state-of-the-art campus represents a significant milestone in strengthening educational and cultural ties between Türkiye and Pakistan.
The project, initiated at the request of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan during his 2020 visit to Pakistan, aims to provide quality education that empowers youth and prepares them to excel in a globalized world.
The ceremony featured video presentations showcasing the mission, vision, and achievements of the Turkish Maarif Foundation.
Guests were also given a guided tour of the campus, highlighting its modern infrastructure, advanced learning spaces, and facilities designed to foster academic excellence and holistic development.
This initiative underscores the shared commitment of Türkiye and Pakistan to nurturing future leaders through education.
