Egypt calls for global rotest to protect Palestinian rights

Egypt has urged the international community to adopt a fair approach to protect Palestinian rights.

In a statement, Egypt’s Foreign Ministry called for a solution that allows Palestinians to live peacefully on their land and rejected proposals for forced displacement.

The statement emphasized the importance of respecting international law and the need for a just peace that includes the creation of an independent Palestinian state based on the 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its capital.

This comes after US President Donald Trump suggested relocating Gaza’s residents to other Arab countries, a proposal rejected by Arab nations and Palestinian leaders.

Hamas officials also rejected any plans for forced displacement, affirming that Gaza is an inseparable part of Palestine.
