Türkiye Strengthens Ties with Pakistan through Modern Conference Hall

In a significant move to bolster bilateral relations, Türkiye’s state-run aid agency, the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA), has built a state-of-the-art conference hall in the National Press Club (NPC) of Islamabad.

The conference hall, inaugurated by Turkish Ambassador to Pakistan Irfan Neziroglu, aims to provide modern facilities to journalists and foster stronger ties between Pakistan and Türkiye.

The Turkish envoy emphasized the “strong and enduring” bonds between the two nations, highlighting their commitment to standing together through joys and challenges.

TIKA’s country coordinator, Dursun Ali Yasacan, reiterated the agency’s dedication to serving its Pakistani brothers and expressed his commitment to continuing collaboration with the NPC.

This project marks one of the many successful initiatives undertaken by TIKA in Pakistan, with over 70 projects completed in the past three years.

The conference hall is expected to serve as a world-class facility, further solidifying the exceptional friendship between Islamabad and Ankara.
