Turkish intelligence has successfully eliminated Murvet Gulsever, a high-ranking PKK terrorist, in the city of Sulaymaniyah, northern Iraq.
Gulsever, also known as Jiyan Herdem, was a key figure in the PKK’s women’s branch and had been involved with the terrorist organization since 1992.
The operation, carried out by Turkey’s National Intelligence Organization, demonstrates the country’s unwavering commitment to combating terrorism.
Gulsever’s elimination is a significant blow to the PKK, which has been responsible for the deaths of over 40,000 people in its 40-year terror campaign against Turkey.
