Pakistani Senator Irfan Siddiqui arrived in Istanbul on the invitation of Prof. Dr. Khalil Tokar, Head of the Yunus Emre Institute Pakistan Chapter. He was warmly welcomed upon his arrival.
During the visit, Senator Siddiqui explored Istanbul’s historical and cultural landmarks, including a visit to the shrine of Hazrat Abu Ayyub al-Ansari and the grave of Abdurrahman Peshawari, where he offered prayers.
The visit aimed to enhance bilateral relations between Pakistan and Türkiye and promote the shared cultural heritage of both brotherly nations.
