
A high-level delegation led by Yousuf Mohamed Saleh Aldobeay, the Special Envoy of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) for Jammu and Kashmir, visited Muzaffarabad to assess the humanitarian situation and express solidarity with the Kashmiri people.
The delegation comprised senior officials from the OIC, Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and representatives from NUML University. During their visit, the delegates also held important meetings with senior military officials in Murree, where they were briefed on the ongoing human rights violations being committed by Indian forces in Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
In Muzaffarabad, the OIC team toured refugee camps and vocational training centers, interacting directly with Kashmiri refugees and gaining first-hand insight into their experiences and challenges.
The delegation praised Pakistan’s efforts in supporting and rehabilitating displaced Kashmiris, acknowledging the country’s commitment to the welfare of those affected by the conflict.

Yousuf Aldobeay thanked the Government of Pakistan and the military leadership for facilitating the visit in an organized and impactful manner. He reaffirmed the OIC’s unwavering support for the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
The delegation also expressed strong solidarity with the people of both Kashmir and Palestine, vowing to continue raising their voice against human rights abuses in occupied regions.
