Azerbaijan has expressed solidarity with Pakistan against Indian aggression and strongly condemned India’s overnight attacks on various locations within Pakistan.
In a statement issued by its Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Government of Azerbaijan affirmed its solidarity with Pakistan and strongly condemned the military strikes carried out on Pakistani territory, which resulted in the martyrdom and injury of several innocent civilians.
Azerbaijan expressed its condolences to the families of the martyrs and extended prayers for the swift recovery of the injured, reaffirming its support for the people of Pakistan.
The statement urged all parties to exercise restraint and pursue diplomatic means to resolve the dispute in order to ensure peace and stability in the region.
Azerbaijan also reiterated its longstanding brotherly relations and cooperative partnership with Pakistan.
