Moscow/China — Russian President Vladimir Putin, in his talks with President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, said that Russia views Türkiye not only as a reliable and proven partner in bilateral relations but also at the international level.
President Putin stated that Türkiye has established its significance by adopting a balanced and constructive stance on various global and regional issues. According to him, cooperation between Moscow and Ankara plays a vital role in promoting peace, stability, and development in the region.
The Russian president expressed confidence that relations between Russia and Türkiye will continue to strengthen in the future, opening new avenues for mutual cooperation.
