Islamabad — Professor Dr. Abdul Rafiq, President of Iqbal Academy Lahore, visited the Yunus Emre Institute in Islamabad, where he was warmly received by the Country Director, Dr. Khalil Tokar.
During the meeting, both sides discussed opportunities for academic and cultural cooperation between the two institutions. They also held detailed talks on the proposed “International Conference on Rumi and Iqbal,” scheduled to be held in December.
Both parties expressed their commitment to strengthening intellectual and academic ties between Türkiye and Pakistan through joint programs, publishing projects, and enhanced research collaboration.
