Turkey Issues Final Warning to PKKYPG

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan has warned that if the terrorist organization PKK/YPG fails to comply with Turkey’s conditions, necessary action will be taken against them.

In an interview with a private TV channel, Fidan discussed the current situation in Syria and Turkey’s role in the region.

He emphasized that the new administration in Syria must address the PKK/YPG issue to ensure national and regional integrity.

Turkey has already issued a clear ultimatum to the terrorist organization, which has also been conveyed to other parties, including the United States. According to Fidan, international terrorists and militants must immediately leave Syria.

Fidan noted that so far, there has been no positive response or preparation from the PKK/YPG.

The ultimatum is clear if the organization wants to avoid military action, its members must leave Syria, lay down their arms, and the remaining elements must become part of the new Syrian system, allowing for a transition without bloodshed.

Fidan further explained that the cooperation of the new Syrian administration is essential to protect Syrian Kurdish civilians from harm and help them return to their normal lives.

As part of Turkey’s conditions, Kurds in Syria should be provided with citizenship and identity cards, ensuring they can live safely and legally.
