The 32nd Istanbul Jazz Festival is set to take place from July 1 to 17 under the theme “Let’s Meet in Jazz.”
The festival will feature over 200 local and international artists performing in nearly 40 concerts over the course of 17 days.
The festival’s key performances will include Chucho Valdes Royal Quartet, Hermanos Gutierrez and Max Richter.
Grammy-winning Me’shell Ndegeocello, Jazzmeia Horn, and Gregory Privat will also be part of the lineup, along with Turkish jazz stars such as Meltem Ege and Kerem Görsev.
Iconic events like Jazz Ferry, taking attendees to Anadolu Kavağı, and Jazz in the Parks, with performances across Istanbul’s parks will return. The +1 Night Walks will also offer live music in unique locations throughout the city.
The Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented to Yalçın Ateş and İzzet Öz for their contributions to jazz music and music publishing.
Tickets will go on sale starting March 14, and the festival promises to be a memorable experience for all music lovers.
